PB & J Smoothie
If your kids like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (and honestly, who doesn't?), they are going to loooove this smoothie. It's a healthy alternative to the childhood classic, but tastes just as delicious. And what's even better is that it's packed with protein and vitamins and only takes 10 minutes to make!
All you need is:
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 serving collagen peptides or your preferred protein powder
1 tablespoon natural peanut or other nut butter
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or alternate milk option
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes. You can adjust the thickness of the smoothie by adding in more almond milk. Lastly, you can sprinkle a little bit of peanut butter on top and there you go!

Green smoothies are all over instagram and in every hip cafe but let's be honest, often they end up tasting a little too healthy. Especially younger kids don't really want to feel like they have to drink liquid vegetables for breakfast, no matter how much you tell them about all the health benefits.
This green smootie however, may look green but does not taste like it and is still just as good for your body. An absolute win-win breakfast or snack option for everyone!
Here's what you need:
2 large handfuls of baby spinach
cashew or other milk option
Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until the smoothie is thick and smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses and enjoy!
